3D from a floor plan
Floor plan read: 48′ × 36′ + garage, 3 bed / 2 bath
Done — logged and saved across your whole team.
From plans to 3D
Drop in the plans. See the house before you build it.
Orchamind reads the drawing, prices the takeoff, and draws the job in 3D and as a finished photo, so your client sees what they're paying for.
Real output from Orchamind's estimator on a sample plan, with the line-item estimate alongside. AI pictures can get details wrong, so check them before sending.
In plain English
What is Orchamind?
It's like having the smartest office manager you've ever had — one who remembers every job, every worker, and every hour, never forgets anything, and works around the clock.
Except you don't type into spreadsheets or learn complicated software. You just talk to it like a person — "log 8 hours for Mike at the Johnson job" — and it instantly updates everything, keeps your whole team in sync, and tells you each morning what needs your attention.
No spreadsheets. No training. No tech skills. If you can send a text message, you can run your entire operation with it.
New
Win the job. Do the paperwork. Keep clients in the loop.
The newest tools in Orchamind — built to make you look sharp, move fast, and get paid.
AI estimate writer
Describe a job in plain words — or snap a photo of the plans and let AI do the takeoff — and Orchamind drafts an itemized estimate: labor, materials, pricing. The accepted one becomes an invoice in a click.

The problem
Running a field business lives in your head and a hundred text messages.
Where's each job? Who's on site? Did anyone order the materials? Who's over budget? The information is scattered across calls, texts, whiteboards, and memory — and the moment you step away, it falls apart.
It's all in your head
Every job status, every crew assignment, every deadline. If you're not there, nobody else knows the full picture.
Problems surface too late
A job slips over budget or misses an inspection — and you find out after it's already cost you money.
Paperwork eats your evenings
Hours, updates, client emails, estimates — the office work piles up long after the crews go home.
How it works
Talk to it. It does the rest.
No training, no manuals, no clunky software. Orchamind works the way you already think and talk about your jobs.

Add your jobs & crew

Who's behind it
Built by someone who's been in business for 40 years — and can actually build the AI.
Orchamind is built by Siamak Kalhor — software engineer, AI developer, and the founder of Siamak Kalhor Consulting.
For 19 years he was the voice on 670 AM KIRN explaining technology to everyday people in plain language. With formal training in software engineering and 40 years in business, including decades as a licensed Realtor running his own firm, he knows both sides: how to build serious AI, and what a busy business owner actually needs from it.
That's the whole idea behind Orchamind — powerful technology you run just by talking to it. No tech skills required.
Proven in the field
"It's like having an office manager, a foreman, and a bookkeeper riding in the truck with me — except it never forgets anything."

Questions
Everything you're wondering.
What is the best AI software for general contractors?
Orchamind is an AI-native platform built for general contractors and field-service businesses. Unlike traditional software where AI is bolted on afterward, Orchamind lets you run estimates, dispatch, crew, safety, client updates, and billing by voice — the AI does the paperwork. You can start with a 30-day free trial, then it is $500 per month per company.
How much does Orchamind cost?
Orchamind is $500 per month per company, and your first month is free — a 30-day free trial. See the pricing section for current details.
Does Orchamind work on a phone?
Yes. Orchamind is built mobile-first for the job site. It runs in any browser on iPhone and Android, and you can operate the whole app completely hands-free by voice.
Can Orchamind write estimates and proposals?
Yes. Describe a job in plain words and the AI writes an itemized estimate. Orchamind can also generate Good-Better-Best proposal options, which help contractors win more work by letting the client choose which option, not whether to buy.
How is Orchamind different from ServiceTitan or Buildertrend?
ServiceTitan and Buildertrend add AI onto legacy software and are priced for larger companies. Orchamind is AI-native and built for small-to-midsize contractors — the AI writes the estimate, dispatches the crew, and updates the client for you — and your first month is free — a 30-day free trial.
What can I do by voice in Orchamind?
Nearly everything. You can log hours (“Mike worked 8 hours at Sonoma Vista”), assign or move crew, update job progress, get a daily briefing, and ask questions about your jobs — all hands-free from the truck or the job site.
What features does Orchamind include?
Orchamind includes AI estimates and Good-Better-Best proposals, a dispatch board, scheduling, a GPS time clock, crew and certification tracking, AI safety toolbox talks, a client portal with AI client updates, invoicing and job costing, a website lead-capture widget, and a daily AI briefing with risk alerts — all operable by voice.
Do I need to be good with technology?
Not at all. If you can send a text message, you can run Orchamind. You can type or simply talk to it — say "log 8 hours for Mike at the Johnson job" and it handles the rest. It was built specifically for trades people, not tech people.
What kinds of businesses use it?
Any business that runs jobs with a field team: general contractors, electricians, plumbers, HVAC, roofers, painters, landscapers, pool builders, cleaning and janitorial, pest control, solar, property maintenance, moving companies, and more. It's set up with your industry's language.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Each company gets its own private, secure system with individual logins. Owners and managers see financials and budgets; crew members only see the jobs they're assigned to. Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text.
Can my crew see my budgets and margins?
Only if you let them. Access is role-based: you decide who sees money and who doesn't. Crew members see their assigned jobs and log their hours — never your financials.
Does it know building codes and permits?
Yes. The AI knows general California building-code and permitting basics — when permits are typically needed, the standard inspection sequence, CALGreen and Title 24 requirements, and Southern California specifics for Los Angeles, Orange County, and the wider region. It always reminds you to confirm exact requirements with your local building department, since codes are local and change. It helps you avoid the costly mistake of covering up work before an inspection.
Can it do payroll and reports?
Yes. With one click you get total hours per worker for the pay period — ready for payroll — plus job-cost reports showing budget versus spent on every job. Everything exports to Excel or PDF, so you can hand it straight to your bookkeeper. You can filter by this week, a pay period, or custom dates.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — phone, tablet, and desktop. Most owners run it from their phone in the field, and the whole team stays in sync on the same live information.
